Mission Statement
Established in January
of 1999, HOWSER’s goal is to improve the quality of public safety services
including pre-hospital emergency
care to our local communities. This goal is accomplished by providing innovative and exciting training courses for community members
and public safety professionals that convey National Standard Curriculum in a
non-traditional manner. These unique training methods offer maximized learning, retention, and
understanding of all subject matter. HOWSER Public Safety's staff is dedicated to
our mission but more importantly to all of our students. Each staff member
brings years of public safety experience into our classrooms.
